1. Introduction

Welcome to KS Academy, operated by KSquare99 Web Services Pvt. Ltd. (“Company”, “we”, “us”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our services, course enrollments, LMS, and any related interactions. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Definitions

• “Student”: An individual enrolled in a KS Academy course.
• “Course”: Training programs/curriculums offered by KS Academy.
• “LMS”: Learning Management System used to host course content.
• “Services”: Course delivery, demo classes, internships, support, and related offerings.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to register. If under 18, a parent/guardian must enroll on your behalf.

4. Enrollment & Fees

• Course fees and schedules are shown on the website and/or shared via proposal.
• Payment methods: UPI / Razorpay / Stripe / Bank Transfer (third-party processors). By paying, you agree to the fee terms.
• Course seat reservation is confirmed once full / agreed fee or deposit is received.
• Fees do not include taxes unless specified. Taxes charged as per applicable law.

5. Refunds & Cancellation Policy

We encourage all students to attend our demo class / counseling session before confirming admission, so they can make an informed decision regarding the course and learning environment.

Once a student has enrolled and paid the course fee, the fee becomes strictly non-refundable under all circumstances.

• No Refund After Enrollment: Fees paid towards any course, batch, or training program are non-refundable, regardless of attendance, participation, or personal circumstances.
• No Partial / Mid-Course Refunds: If a student chooses to discontinue the course at any point, no refund or fee adjustment will be provided for the remaining duration.
• Seat Reservation / Registration Fee: Any amount paid for admission, registration, or seat booking is non-refundable.
• Missed Classes: Absence or inability to attend scheduled classes (online/offline) does not qualify for refund or compensation.
• Offers / Discounts / Scholarships: Any course fees paid under special pricing, promotional offers, or scholarship benefits are also non-refundable.

By completing enrollment, the student acknowledges that they have reviewed and understood this No-Refund Policy and agree to its terms at the time of payment.

6. Rescheduling & Missed Sessions

• Live sessions may be recorded and made available on the LMS.
• Missed live sessions may not be re-run; students should refer to recordings.
• Rescheduling for individual mentoring sessions will be subject to trainer availability.

7. Course Access & LMS

• Access credentials are personal and must not be shared.
• We may suspend accounts for misuse or non-payment.
• Course content may be updated; we will notify enrolled students of major changes.

8. Intellectual Property

• All course materials, videos, slides, assignments, and resources are Copyright © KSquare99 Web Services Pvt. Ltd. All rights reserved.
• Students are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access materials for personal educational purposes.
• Reproduction, distribution, sharing, or resale of course content is strictly prohibited without written permission. Violations may lead to account termination and legal action.

9. Student Projects & Internships

• Student projects may be used (with attribution or anonymized) as portfolio or case studies by KS Academy or KSquare99.
• We provide career guidance and placement assistance, which includes: Resume building support, Interview preparation sessions, Referrals / introductions when suitable opportunities are available
• Internship opportunities are provided through industry partners; offer terms, stipend, and hiring decisions remain at partner discretion. We do not guarantee job placement.

10. Testimonials & Reviews

We may request student testimonials (text, photo or video). We will seek consent before publishing. We may also feature student results and case studies.

11. Code of Conduct

Students must adhere to professional behaviour:

• No harassment, hate speech, or abusive behaviour.
• Respect intellectual property and do not upload illegal content.
• Abide by local laws and LMS rules. Violation may result in suspension.

12. Disclaimer & No Guarantees

Our courses, training, and mentoring programs are designed for educational and skill-development purposes. While we provide career guidance, interview support, and placement assistance, we do not guarantee job placement, income levels, specific results, or performance outcomes.

Actual results depend on various factors including:

• Individual effort and practice consistency
• Prior knowledge and learning ability
• Market conditions and employer hiring criteria

Nothing taught in the course should be considered as financial, legal, business, or professional advice. Students are encouraged to apply their own judgment and seek independent professional guidance where required.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KS Academy and KSquare99 are not liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages.
• Loss of profit, revenue or business interruption.
• Any claims arising from third-party platforms, service interruptions or acts of God.

Our aggregate liability for direct damages will not exceed the total fees paid by the student for the related course.

14. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold KS Academy, its officers, employees, and partners harmless from any claims arising out of your breach of these Terms, misuse of content, or violation of laws.

15. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy describes how we collect and use personal data. By using our services you consent to that policy.

16. Third-Party Content & Links

We may link to third-party resources (tools, platforms, partner sites). We are not responsible for third-party content or services and recommend checking their terms and privacy.

17. Changes to Courses, Fees & Terms

We may modify course content, schedules, or fees from time to time. Notice will be provided to enrolled students. These Terms may be updated; continued use constitutes acceptance.

18. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for breach of Terms, non-payment, or illegal activity. Students may request account closure; refund eligibility will follow the Refund/Cancellation policy.

19. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in [City, State — e.g., Mumbai, Maharashtra]. Prior to legal action, parties agree to attempt good-faith mediation.
